AFFERO GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE은 AFFERO GPL또는 AGPL로 불리는 프리소프트웨어 라이선스이다. 1.0은 GPL 2.0을 기반으로 3.0은 2007년 GPL 3.0을 기반으로 제정되었다.
AGPL은 네트워크 서버용 APLPLICATION SERVICE PROVIDER의 용도로 제정이 되었다.
